Never received item the carrier did not pay attention to the address and dropped my item off at the wrong address. I have been communicating online with customer service on this. I’ve got no response except for weight or escalating it. There’s no number to call these people i would consider customer service awful because nobody can contact me and i’m told to wait for an email which i’ve been waiting for a week and a half. I’ve showed proof of the address that they dropped off the item and what my house looks like with my address on it.

Magnet is indeed wider & stronger than previous 2 magsafe rings i've used. No communications necessary so 5-stars is generous but i didn't want to hurt this seller. Shipping was average, slow boat to usa west coast so 5- stars there also very generous. There should be an option not to rate at all. That said, i'm happy with a magsafe ring that attaches noticeably stronger more secure than my other 2. product is good. Oh, i do wish the inner ring sat flush with the magnetic ring (i suspect they frankenstein'd accessible parts together), but not gonna cry over it.

Best one i've had so far out of the 5 ive ordered on aliexpress. Feels light in weight but at the same time very robust and sturdy. Magnet is superstrong and sticks perfectly. 10/10 + recommend.
